How to Care for Your Customised Panama Weave
Caring for this material is simple. It can be washed on a normal 30°c cycle, tumble dried on medium or hung to dry, and is iron safe on a low heat. This makes it so easy if you're using panama textile for items such as sofa throws, which need a regular clean to stay fresh. If you follow these instructions, it shouldn't bobble, or 'pill', however should you notice any pilling, a normal lint remover will do the trick.
How Does Bags of Love Fabric Printing on Panama Work?
We print your design onto our rolls of custom panama, which is then manually cut to size based on your specific order.
*Within the design system you can choose from 4 different edge finishes: cut on the line; hemmed with white thread; hemmed with black thread or left simply as it is. Please bear in mind, if you choose to leave the fabric as it comes, the edges may be slightly wavy.
What Can I Make Using Panama Fabric?
The slightly stiff nature makes this fabric easy to manipulate so it's a delight to work with. Sew your own tablecloths that won't let you down when a spillage occurs. Thanks to the water resistant properties, you can easily wipe surfaces clean should a drink get knocked over. These qualities mean it's also a great material for creating a cute little tote bag. The woven texture and cotton like appearance is the ideal combination for a sturdy but lightweight bag.
