Try a simple way to up-cycle some cushions and breathe new life into your older cushions with our customised cover replacements. These are versatile covers you design and print to replace your old cushion covers. You might want one to liven up your living room or bedroom, or give to someone as a present.  They make perfect gifts to take abroad as they won’t take up much space in your suitcase.  If you are a textile or graphic designer, printing on cushion covers is simple.  We print the design first, so you have an edge-to-edge print and a high standard of sewing and finishing, and there is no minimum order policy, so if you want just one, we can help.

You can choose to print your designs on both sides, or, if you would rather, you can have one printed side and one plain side. If you opt for a plain side, you can choose from 5 backing colours: cream, baby blue, soft pink, white and grey.

Sell Your Own Custom Printed Cushions

We supply customers who make and sell their own cushions, so this cover only service is ideal for shipping empty cushion covers for you to make ready for sale.  With our bespoke cushion cover making service we can supply your covers within days and no minimum order. This means you’ve got everything you need to set up your own shop or boutique.  Simply add your designs or graphics to the cushion covers in our design system, and preview them before you place your order.  Your custom cushion covers will be delivered in 1-2 days.

Print Your Own Cushion

You might want a one-off replacement custom printed cushion cover, or a fifty. Either way, it doesn't matter.  We have the full printing service you need for producing high quality top retail grade photo cushion covers, so you can design and print your orders one at a time to dozens, or even hundreds.  We offer same day dispatch with next business day delivery for orders of 25 cushion covers or less, or 2-3 days for larger quantities.

Our Sizes: Our covers have no pads but you need to know which pad to get:

• Empty flat cushion cover 33 cm x 33 cm requires 14" square (35 cm x 35 cm) pad
• Empty flat cushion cover 43 cm x 43 cm requires 18" square (45 cm x 45 cm) pad
• Empty flat cushion cover 53 cm x 53 cm requires fits 24" square (60 cm x 60 cm) pad
• Empty flat cushion cover 63 cm x 63 cm requires 26" square (66 cm x 66 cm) pad
• Empty flat rectangle cushion cover 58 cm x 38 cm requires 24" x 16" (60 cm x 41 cm) pad
• Empty flat rectangle cushion cover 58 cm x 43 cm requires 24" x 18" (60 cm x 45 cm) pad
  
  

NB. All inner pads must be fire rated. Check your pad is compliant. Label will state fire rating and size (usually in inches). 

Care Instructions: personalised photo pillow covers should be cleaned using a cold wash (30 degrees) only and dry flat. Print is permanent.
